Returns Policy

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on any items for change of mind and, as such, advise you to choose carefully when making a purchase. If you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a credit note in its place.  Credit notes are valid for up to 12 months.  We do not offer exchanges. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We take a lot of time, care and love when packaging our products, but despite our best efforts, at times, items may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, please send clear photos or video of the damage to the following email address orders@casadekiki.com.au along with your name and order number within 3 days of receiving your package.  We will then contact you with a resolution and further instructions.  Please understand that due to our courier partners’ strict insurance policies we have a limited time frame within which to report any incidents.

Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we ask that you please package them for return with care.  All fragile items must be wrapped in bubble wrap and returned in a box.  Casa de Kiki will not be responsible for any items damaged during the return process.  As we cannot accept damaged returns, we recommend that you use postage cover when sending your parcel, such as Australia Post Extra Cover, which is free for the first $100 of value.  All items being returned remain your responsibility until we receive them.  Once we receive, inspect and approve your return, we will email you your credit note.

Sale item transactions are final and cannot be returned.
